The Colony is a 34 single family homesite community with a relaxed, coastal form of architecture.  This neighborhood is located among a private wildlife and forest preserve and across from a recently established 3600 acre conservation easement between Pawleys Island, SC and Georgetown, SC.  Homesites range from 1/3 to 3/4 of an acre and are carefully positioned within the development to incorporate and preserve the environmentally significant site elements. 

The Colony has a gated entrance and several lagoons with fountains.  The community offers access to the Georgetown County bike trails that links residents to unlimited miles of bike/hiking trails.  It also features a planned community park that will have an outdoor fireplace, firepit and play structure.
